		<description>That's a really good point about not going on crash diets. After all, who can stay on those for any length of time. I guess they would be ok if you needed to lose a few inches quickly, but there are much easier and healthier alternatives for that like wraps for example. 

For longterm success when it comes to losing weight, you just can't beat good old cardio exercise and eating less calories in the form of healthy, wholesome foods.</description>
