		<description>That&#039;s a really good point about not going on crash diets. After all, who can stay on those for any length of time. I guess they would be ok if you needed to lose a few inches quickly, but there are much easier and healthier alternatives for that like wraps for example. 

For longterm success when it comes to losing weight, you just can&#039;t beat good old cardio exercise and eating less calories in the form of healthy, wholesome foods.</description>
