Do you know what the

while, yes... you can have your cake and eat
it too.
If you get in the habit of eating healthy
foods, lean proteins like chicken breast for
example combined with plenty of fresh
vegetables and some whole grains to keep you
full, you can't help but lose weight and you
will stay healthier as well.
So this year, change your resolution from
just losing weight, to Healthy Weight Loss

exercise (like going for a walk around the
neighborhood or taking a dance class) each
day as well.
